REFUND/POSTPONEMENT

Group lessons, individual lesons or private teacher will under no circumstances be refund. Accident, illness or cancellation shall not give rise to refund, exept in the event of a total shutdown of the skilifts caused by bad weather.

INSURANCE/SKIPASS
Students are not insured by the Ski School. They must have their own personal insurance (Carte Neige, Snowrisk or similar).

Skipasses are not included in the ski lesson prices.

LESSON TICKETS
Tickets are valid only for the dates indicated on them.They cannot be refund, not used at a later date.

RESERVATIONS
Lessons must be paid to be booked.
If you cancel your lessons less than 8 days prior to your arrival, an amount corresponding to 50% of the amount paid shall be kept by the ESF as a forfait payment.
If you cancel your lessons more than 8 days prior to your arrival, an amount corresponding to 20% of the amount paid shall be kept by the ESF as a forfait payment.
The remaining balance, once administrative costs have been deducted, shall be refund to you upon your first request.

GROUP LESSONS
The ESF offers no group lessons on Saturdays.
The number of students in the group lessons has no maximum limit, but we try to don't trepass 12 people.
The ESF reserves the right to cancel and refund group lessons in which less than three students have sign up.
Lesson schedules and duration may vary according to the snow conditions, and especially at the beginning and the end of the winter season. No claims shall be accepted concerning these modifications.

SAFETY
All students who sign up for off-piste group lessons or private tuition must be equipped with avalanche rescue beacons (ARB).
The ESF shall not be held liable for the quality and reliability of ski equipement or other equipment used by the students.
It is highly recommended that all children wear helmets.
